Programme Objective:
The program is designed to promote women's health in the area of gynaecological disorders and prevention through targeted physical therapy techniques. The main goal is to improve pelvic floor functionality, promote good posture and prevent gynaecological problems such as painful menstruation, incontinence, organ prolapse and others. The program is designed for women at all stages of life - from young girls to the menopausal period.

Initial diagnosis, detailed history of gynaecological problems and pelvic floor examination.

Prevention and management of specific gynaecological problems using special exercise techniques

Exercises during menopause to maintain muscle strength and elasticity as well as to prevent difficulties associated with hormonal changes
