Manual therapy

  • In manual therapy, the therapist acts on the muscles, fascia, tendons and joints with his hands and thus positively affects the imbalance of the musculoskeletal system

  • With the help of special techniques, muscles are addressed and engaged in coordinated activity, joint blockages are removed, and excessive tension of muscles or their coverings - fascias is reduced.

  • Pain is alleviated, the range of joint mobility improves in both acute and chronic conditions

 

  • The activity of internal organs or psychological functions can also be affected secondarily
